Wine & Drama customer service ninjas work hard to answer your questions in a timely fashion. If you email us on Friday after 5PM, we probably won’t answer your email until Monday. It’s not because we don’t want to talk to you…it’s just we need some time off. You know to get groceries, a new pair of shoes, set-up a new wine display…stuff that we do on our days off. Usually the ninja’s need to take the kids to the park or chase down an unruly toddler.
Shipping Times & Information
Our ninjas work hard to fulfill all orders within 2 – 7 days as each item is lovingly printed and checked for quality assurance. However, Patricia sometimes gets a little too enthusiastic with her lunch wine. But there’s no one like Patricia. Then once we’re finished fulfilling your order we ship your item(s) to you.
After fulfillment most orders are shipped within 5 business days, more than half are shipped within 3 business days.

You can expect your order within 3-5 days via USPS or 3-8 days via FedEx SmartPost.
Expedited orders 1-3 business days via FedEx.
You can expect your order within 7-10 business days without tracking.
Expedited orders 1-5 business days via FedEx.
You can expect your order within 10-20 business days without tracking.
Expedited orders 2-5 business days via FedEx.
All sales are final. We only accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange on a damaged item, you must first email us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase to alert us of the damage.
Take a photo of the damaged item and then email it to us. Please return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
